PURPOSE:

To define XYZ’s position regarding employee harassment, to maintain a working environment that is free of sexual harassment in accordance with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and to communicate the Company’s actions to any such conduct.

POLICY:

It is the policy of the Company that harassment of applicants and employees on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, ancestry, handicap, medical condition, disability, marital status, age, sexual orientation and sex, including sexual harassment (all as defined and protected by applicable law), is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

This policy applies to all employees. It covers harassment by employees of the Company (including supervisor and management), customers, vendors, or other third parties with whom the Company has business dealings.
